Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older; position located in Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and duties.
