Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for two-person on-campus houseparent teams at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring ~8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The position follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with future transition to a Placed Houseparent role, providing live-in housing and meals. Requires two legally married spouses (each applying individually) who are at least 27 years old, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty.
