Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, and provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of youth, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and eventually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; position involves a two-person, married-couple setup and relocation to on-campus housing with comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
