Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) sought by Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
