Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role is a two-person, full-time position for legally married couples (both spouses 27+), initially serving in multiple student homes with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness for both spouses to complete individual applications for consideration.
