Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, daily devotions, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Requires two-year married couple commitment, age 27 or older for both spouses, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to campus housing with full benefits and relocation support.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
