Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver responsibilities include on-campus supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires a legally married two-person couple for the role, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; compensation is approximately $180,000 total per couple (salary listed per person $46,917) with comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
