Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a residential campus: married couples reside in on-site student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a pathway to a Placed Houseparent position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
