Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for a married couple as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on Milton Hershey School campuses. Couples reside in on‐campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and begin with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
