Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for a two-person married couple in Milton Hershey School’s on-campus student homes. As Flex Houseparents, couples live in student homes with 8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and structured routines. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows an initial nine days on, three days off schedule, with potential transition to aPlaced Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
