Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and structured daily routines for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, supervising household budgeting and reporting, and following a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement as a Houseparent in a dedicated student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience working with youth. The position offers relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and a salary of $44,768 per person, with total compensation around $168,000 per couple. Applicants must be a legally married two-person team, both spouses 27 or older, and complete separate applications.
Required Qualifications

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
