Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for a two-person married couple (Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School. Residence is on-campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of ~8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited pet allowances. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older; both spouses must complete individual applications.
