Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for married two-person team living on campus in student homes. Drives students to activities, leads daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversees routines, budgeting, and household reporting, and provides supervision and mentorship to approximately 8–13 students. Initially works nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to obtain certification to drive student vans; must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27+. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary per person is $46,917 with total compensation around $180,000 per couple.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and religious services (Judeo-Christian Chapel)
- Willingness to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for couples
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
