Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver for Milton Hershey School: a two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medications administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA.
