Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Start with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role.
