Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for a married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of ~8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning between Flex and Placed Houseparent placements. Requires two-person, married-couple collaboration, on-campus housing, and adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol). Benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive health plans; salary per person is $44,768 (~$168k per couple).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-applications requirement
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
