Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for a two-person, married-couple team. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines, medication administration, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. They oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a rotating schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with a faith-based environment; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. This is a two-person, on-campus role for legally married couples (spouses must complete individual applications). Relocation to Hershey, PA is indicated, with location hint Martins Ferry, OH.
