Job Summary
On-campus, full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person married couple) reside in student homes to supervise, mentor, and care for 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role includes a planned schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable shared home for the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Two-person married couple role
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
Additional Requirements
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Couple-based role; two-person requirement
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
