Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver for married two-person team to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervision/mentorship of 8–13 students, daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initially rotating across homes on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment. Requires on-campus living, full-time schedule, and relocation to Hershey, PA with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in devotions and chapel
- No smoking or weapon presence on campus
- Relocation assistance provided
