Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine-days-on/three-days-off shifts to a placed-houseparent arrangement living with the same group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two-spouse role requiring legally married couple
- Must be age 27 or older for both spouses
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
