Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for two-person married couple serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single househome for the same group of students.
