Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. After initial placement, couples transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; benefits include salary per person, comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, responsive to youth-focused caregiving in a structured, family-like environment on a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited pets and driving responsibilities among other duties.
