Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee household routines and budgeting. The role begins in a nine-on/three-off schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with benefits including health insurance, retirement options, and paid training.
