Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise ~8–13 students, provide care, guidance, and supervision, administer medications, drive and plan activities, lead devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent role with same students in their home. Requires legally married couples for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA. High school diploma or GED required; relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits offered.
