Job Summary
Two-person, fully staffed, on-campus residence program for youth: Married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing in student homes and supervising 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with consistent student-home assignments. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid US driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a minimum two-year marriage; both spouses must be age 27 or older. Offers relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits; on-campus housing and meals provided during duty periods. This is a two-person, on-campus role with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, initially supporting multiple student homes and later transitioning to a single, stable student-home placement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married for couples
- Both spouses age 27 or older

- Commitment to live and work in on-campus student homes
