Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for two-person, married-couple team living on Milton Hershey School campus. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits, including relocation assistance. The role is full-time with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off during the initial phase, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment.
