Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent couple will reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, scheduling and routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role over time. The position requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, a high school diploma or GED, a U.S. driver’s license with the ability to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The employer provides relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a stipend that yields a total compensation near $168,000 per couple when housing and other benefits are included.
