Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples: full-time on-campus houseparents who live with and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, routine management, medication administration, and engaging activities; initial nine-on, three-off schedule with transition to a placed houseparent; requires two legally married spouses, both 27+, to apply separately, and relocation to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and benefits. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and fostering academic, emotional, and social development. Qualifications include youth experience, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and willingness to adhere to campus conduct and religious guidelines. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home

- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
