Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily routines, supervising student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent role. Includes relocation assistance, on-campus housing with meals while on duty, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and eligibility for both spouses to complete individual applications; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older.
