Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain driver's license
- Two-spouse requirement for consideration
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
