Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples (Full-time Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent. Relocation assistance provided; salary per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits and housing included. Requires two-year married status, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and driving certification are required.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
