Job Summary
Two-person married couple on-campus residential care for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in development and recreational activities. Responsibilities include budgeting, household routines, overseeing schedules, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent while maintaining a structured, family-like environment for student success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Additional Requirements
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
