Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 813 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, and planning/developing developmental and recreational activities with students. Role includes leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple for at least two years; relocation assistance and paid training provided; on-campus housing, benefits, and time off are included.
