Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to reside on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits with salary per person at $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple). Requires two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED. Includes relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in home
