Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for a married couple living on-campus at a student home. Couples supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and activities, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Start with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, then transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
