Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples (Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, managing daily routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires on-site, in-person work in a campus setting in Hershey, PA, with relocation assistance provided. Must be a legally married couple, both spouses 27+ years old, and commit to the campus environment.
