Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to care for a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision, routines, medications administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental activities. Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent. Benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, and paid time off. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses at least 27, with a high school diploma or GED, and valid driver’s license; role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and working a demanding on-site schedule (nine days on, three off) with on-campus housing provided.
