Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel services, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. This is a full-time, two-person position on a campus with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, relocation assistance provided, and comprehensive benefits including housing and meals. Requires strong youth-care experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, willingness to lead faith-based activities within a Judeo-Christian context (without proselytizing), and adherence to campus safety policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol). The role necessitates commitment from both spouses, must be legally married for at least two years and both applicants must be 27 or older, with up to three dependent children allowed in the student home, and a capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. The position supports a long-term care model and includes paid relocation and training. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
