Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, and leading devotions. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Houseparents oversee budgeting and household reporting, start on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, and eventually transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students in their own home.
