Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, care, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, supervising household routines, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparents to Placed Houseparents. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and be able to obtain a driver’s license and lift up to 50 lbs. Includes relocation support, on-site housing, meals while on duty, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off.
