Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Residential Youth Caregiver / Flex Houseparents provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of students living in on-campus homes. This two-person, married-couple role resides on campus, with duties including daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and may transition to a placed houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students.
