Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, medication administration, transportation to activities, and planning developmentally appropriate activities. They lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and follow a nine-on / three-off duty cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. The role requires a two-person, married couple arrangement, high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance is provided.
