Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for two legally married spouses who live on campus and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparent to Placed Houseparent. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Position is full-time with relocation assistance; both spouses must apply individually and be at least 27 years old.
Required Qualifications
- Two-spouse, full-time role must be filled by a legally married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
