Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples residing on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in an on-site home, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role over time. The position requires relocation assistance, on-campus housing, and a two-person, legally married couple with both spouses aged 27 or older. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Pet restrictions (fish and one dog)
