Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus to supervise and care for a group of 8–13 students, providing guidance, supervision, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with strict policies on alcohol. Relocation assistance is provided, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older. The position is located in Frostburg, MD, US.
