Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes (roughly 8–13 students) to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, plan development and recreational activities, and handle budgeting and reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Both spouses must complete individual applications.

- Comfort leading devotions and attending Sunday Chapel
