Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, provide care including medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from nine-on/three-off schedules to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Two spouses who are legally married for at least two years must apply; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus.
