Job Summary
Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to reside on campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing supervision, mentorship, routines, and activities for a large group of students; responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting/reporting, and transitioning from a shared on-campus home to a consistent placed home. Requires on-site duties with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, relocation to Hershey, PA initially, and eventual on-site living in the student home; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid relocation/training, and housing support. Must be a legally married couple, both spouses age 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth.

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
