Residential Youth Caregiver role for married couples to reside on campus in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, scheduling, medication administration, transportation, and devotional activities for a group of 8–13 students. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioning to a placed houseparent in a single student home. Includes on-campus housing, meals on duty, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older.
