Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and eventual transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home.
